One purpose of our first talk is to get to know each other. You will receive information about the therapy and we will discuss the most pressing questions. We might also talk about the financial side of the therapy and possibilities of funding.
During the first five sessions we will continiously evaluate if cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is suitable. We will look into life story, your current challenges and your general life situation. If we agree to go ahead with psychotherapy I will write a report and send a request to your health insurance. Possibilities are either a short-term therapy with 25 hours or a long-term therapy with 45 hours.Sometimes an extension can be requested.
The sessions will usually take place once a week and will last 50 minutes
